Key Responsibilities:

Prepare delicious and nutritious buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events.
Ensure adherence to catering standards and maintain a focus on food safety, including compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations.
Support kitchen operations, including managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and monitoring cold room controls.
Provide excellent customer service with every interaction, ensuring that meals meet the highest standards of quality.

About You:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
A valid driver’s license and transport to access the site (public transport is not available).
Proven experience working in large-scale commercial kitchens.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, allergen management, and hygiene practices.
A passion for cooking, with a keen eye for presentation and attention to detail.
A goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to personal and organizational success.
