Job Description

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping third-party risk practices in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment? We’re seeking a Third-Party Risk Advisor to play an integral role in strengthening risk management frameworks and fostering a proactive risk culture across the business.

In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure third-party risk practices align with evolving regulatory requirements. You’ll also provide expert guidance on supplier arrangements, support decision-making processes with actionable insights, and help build frameworks that deliver long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with procurement, business stakeholders, and risk teams to deliver consistent guidance on third-party risk assessments and management practices.
Implement third-party risk frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including alignment with APRA’s CPS230 requirements.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a proactive and collaborative approach to risk management.
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to enhance third-party risk management practices.
Elevate practices across the third-party risk management lifecycle to achieve organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in insurance, banking, or financial services, with at least 2+ years in third-party risk management or a related discipline.
Expertise: Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and familiarity with regulatory obligations, including CPS230.
Influence: Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to drive change collaboratively.
